The Room: Enter through the parking garage on Rich St. The LAN will be held on the 3rd floor of the City Center Building. From the parking garage on the 3rd floor, as soon as you go through the doors to City Center, go to the Board Room which will be on your immediate left. A Picture of the room can be found in the "Pictures" section of the site.
